Our water-based AquaShield nonstick technology keeps pans performing like new 40% longer then our previous generation Select by Calphalon. With its high sides, this large frying pan is deep enough to hold oil for deep frying, or use it to sauté, stir-fry, brown and more. Includes helper handle for easy carrying, and oven-safe tempered glass lid to help foods retain moisture when cooking.
